People can retrieve their packages walking home from work, but we also have a drone port on the roof (UPS now Part 135 Certified), and a sidewalk delivery vehicle "garage" on the side. We can load, dispatch, monitor, and recharge drones and autonomous local delivery vehicles in our unit.

The package delivery firms pay us a small fee per shipment. We have a contract with UPS to serve as an access point. This saves them multiple residental deliveries. Some of that fee is shared with the landlord or property manager. For a person picking up a package, or dropping off an e-commerce return, the service is free. Hope to discuss more.
