Boratha, collision repair is in fact the next functionality to be added as our current customer has requested a full digitalization of the collision repair process (use phone to scan damage, digital send to insurance company, etc). Our target customer base are dealerships so ideally we could implement with a Ford dealer; there are over 17,000 dealerships in the USA. Our current customer ACV is in excess of US$100,000 per annum (B2B enterprise software). Our goal is to help dealerships capture more service and collision damage repair business (currently most customer defect from the dealer when the warranty is over and dealers only get about 1/3 of post warranty repair business). As you know, new car sale profits are collapsing for dealerships and they are increasingly reliant on used car and aftersales for their core profitability. What better what to create loyal customers than to save their time and tie them to your dealership with mobile service !
