Ahhh, I read the rules and Apparently France is on the Forbidden Counties list(strange) so I am not allowed to go any further in helping you. Good luck with your excellent competition, and feel free to contact me if you Change the rules, or need any further help.
"You may NOT register and CANNOT otherwise participate in the Challenge, including on the Site and in the Workshops if you are (or your Team or Organization includes) a resident from: the Balkans, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Germany,"
Thanks for getting back to me, as I said in my emails over the weekend I am trying to help, sometimes the route to best solution does not come in a straight line, As I informed you, I have put the companys concerned on copy of all my emails (%open) Out should all have the required contacts. If you are waiting for City Designers who already have a key-in-Hand solution which they have already designed for an existing City to find your Challenge, then I have proposed one and offered to contact the firm's myself as I live here and they may not reply to the emails. The companys and one European Organisation concerned work for a company who I believe are responsible to local politiciens. I can digg and find out if you need me to if this would help, the question is what is of more importance, a competition that obeys certain rules and has a winner. Or the best solution to a given problem, can the rules be bent?
Many thanks for getting back to me, have a great day
"Also, are you interested in developing this idea into a Challenge proposal for Grand Rapids?" - Yes, can you give me further pointers to your requirements and required deliverables together with time schedule?
