Shuttles available to allow people to be transported to public transportation from top of steep hills or distances from bus stops.

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

Add shuttle to transport people on neighborhood roads that run frequently to transport people to local stores, doctors and buses running to malls, Oakland, airport, universities and connect to buses going to the airport, downtown etc. Pittsburgh hills are too steep to walk for a lot of people and too steep for bikes. I bet is too expensive for people to use on a daily basis. Winter in Pittsburgh leaves people trapped at the top of hills.
