New hires in entry-level positions often find themselves in need of a commuter car to fulfill job obligations despite not having yet earned enough income to purchase one.

A 90-day program providing transitional transit services as new entry-level workers prepare for responsible car ownership.

- Public-private partnerships offer a pool of transportation assets from which an employer and employee can negotiate the optimal commute (e.g. a mix of bus/Uber/bikeshare/employer-managed vanpool services) along unfamiliar or frequently-changing job sites

- Known mobility options between employer and employee create a robust and empathetic environment for situations when one form of transit fails

- Banks offer financial literacy tools to aid employee in preparation for car purchase

Hi Mitch,

Thanks for submitting this idea! Please encourage James, Ron, Sarah and Lauren to create accounts so that they can be added to the project team and incorporate any necessary updates before the 4pm deadline.
