Full description

Congestion in Pittsburgh has increased due to lanes on roads turned into bike lanes and parking for public transit eliminated for bikers. Scooters, bikes, etc can only be used a few months out of the year. Pittsburgh needs roads reopened to cars and bikes should be restricted to bike trails.

completely disagree. The increase in congestion is primarily due to an increase in motor vehicle traffic - which is a hazard to all. Instead of all other forms of travel having to mitigate themselves to allow for transportation by individual cars - we need to remove the individual cars. They are the danger, and everyone else should not have to go out of their way to make way for the special needs of cars (too dangerous, too wide, too much wasted space to allow the parking of privately owned cars in public spaces).
