Employees can work remotely from a satellite office park that is close to home to avoid peak traffic hours. Then when traffic subsides they can commute to their office. They can also end their days there as well. This will not only recoup wasted time spent in traffic it will also decongest major highways for those that have to be hands on at their job.

Hey Zak Mann ! Thanks for your contribution! Look at some awesome co-working spaces around the city, the CIC is a great place and also WeWork does this with big corporations, what do you suggest to differentiate your concept?

Great question Matteo, both are great facilities located in Wynwood and downtown! My concept is very similar but instead of putting the facility in the urban areas they would be located closer to residential areas as to not contribute to the rush hour congestion
