The proposed solution project is given through the adaptation of Mathematical Economic Modeling through Linear Programming, using the adaptation of the extended model of Transportation to the solution of the times of the traffic lights of the city of Miami (respecting the existing norms of minimum times Standby). This project requires the use and coordination of intelligent traffic lights and the cameras that are being installed. Preliminary calculations indicate an increase in transport mobility above 30%, as more traffic lights are added to the synchronization between the different nodes in the Cities and County. Later, we describe the proposed General Model.

HOW TO USE THE SOLUTION The solution would be implemented through the creation or utilization (I applied and modernization) of existing transportation command centers in the cities and County, and flexible 24-hour coordination of county and county traffic signal standby times. their coordination between them in a reliable and flexible way, using different means (such as the use of the cameras that are being installed in the County), which allows automatic, semi-automatic and manual decisions, increasing safety and comfort on our roads and streets . For this solution the coordination of the information of the intelligent traffic lights and the cameras that are being installed is required.

HOW TO USE THE PILOT IDEA The idea Pilot would be implemented first in a specific city (chosen in conjunction with the organizers of the east CHALLENGE). A small working group would be created to implement this solution, in conjunction with the organizers, the County and the FDOT. The existing traffic studies and those to be carried out will be public for use by any person or organization that wants to join the solution. To develop this piloting, joint work with the FDOT and the County is required for the use and coordination of intelligent traffic lights through the new cameras that are being installed in some areas of the County (such as US1)

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

HOW TO MEASURE THE PILOT Using the routine traffic studies to be carried out (if necessary) and the data obtained by the cameras that will be installed in the County, the decrease in transport times between the different chosen nodes could be measured, which will allow the project to be validated existing and its continuity in time towards higher objectives. The experience gained will allow the beginning of similar studies in other US cities that have similar conditions. The project model is flexible and dynamic, and can be adapted to any existing condition.
