A joint combination of designer make a hovercraft that can be pedaled or electricly driven. With the comfort of AC/heat an roof and the safety that won't permit crashes, tickets or towing ever again. The overhead roof would allow storage an easy removal of canes, walkers and wheelchairs.

All ages legally allowed by each state will have the pleasure to enjoy. From your Grandpa that wants to go to lunch, but can not drive a car. But still can use his arms. Customized to fit you with 3 sizes for each design. 'Small, Medium and Big Buggy', or Sidewalk version in those 3 sizes as well.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

First I would get a garage or shop to build the. Design a website for promote them and give an estimate production date. Also have testers make sure all components are working smoothly for a min of 1 month, 2 months if issues happen. Then offer $3 test to promote and further draw interest.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

How often they where rented for a month at a time. Then after 3 Months offer them to be sold for a total of $777.
