Hello, I would like to begin by saying that I'm honored to be part of this challenge. I have read and study all the ideas, complains, and day to day traffic. Something dawned on me. "What if we could solve every single traffic problem, by using something we already have?" By mixing technologies such as: drones, smart partnerships, and investments in research. Knowledge is power, this is our goal and this is what we will accomplish, give the power to you! Truly a win for everyone.

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

Our solution will be city-wide. Our plan is divided in three parts. Which will give great benefits to the entire city.

 1. Research: Our first phase is to research opportunities like new Highway Designs, how beneficial they could be, and where to implement them.

 2. Drones: Our second phase is to build our own network of drones throughout the city, this is a great opportunity because they could be utilized in order to transport small cargo, clothing and things that are alike. This could liberate a lot of traffic in the city.

 3. Partnerships: By partnering with companies like "mysameway.com" we can provide more services and give more value to our clients.

At this moment our team is quite small, here is our organization's website: https://eduardocusido.wixsite.com/horizonslabs. In there we write about the problems with traffic and new innovations in the world.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

Our plan to make money in order to support our growth is to rent our drone services throughout the city by using our app, which is in development. Another way to support our growth is to invest in Miami based bike-sharing companies such has lime bike and Citi Bike.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

Our success will be measured in three different parts:
1. Customer Satisfaction.
2. Level of expansion.
3. Our sales.
