  1. Step 1 have more buses & make it one route per road, i.e., one bus per way
  2. Step 2 take advertising off the bus body & add automatic air fresheners inside
  3. Step 3 make a lane bus-only, on three lane ways.
  4. Step 4 prioritize access to homestead, aventura, sweetwater, kendall, national parks, sunset, coconut grove, dadeland, doral

Step 1 is needed so the bus system work as a metro system & folk find it unburdensome. Step 2 is to make handsome the buses & not cheap ad art & becus smell is mighty & we should like to have it unburdensome & nose-friendly for everybody. Step 3 is to shove forward bus-speed, which can be as swift as cars if not more, as long as we have also step 1 in play. Lastly, Step 4 is for (eco-)tourism & hospitality workers, since most attractions for the county are as the national parks & the malls, especially as our beaches are not the best.

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

Workers, children, tourists, elders, etc.

Describe your solution's stage of development

  • Initial Design - you are still exploring the idea and have not tested it with users

Size of your team or organization

  • I am submitting as an individual

Funding Request

  • $100,000

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

My plan to make money is the plan itself, but most importantly, buying hybrid buses & double buses is the biggesr wealth-spring, if we save up a lot on gas. We can also make higher tourist fares. The main money use is for new buses, improvements (smell, ads taken down), pay for drivers, the new bus-only lanes set up, & finally, advertising & marketing of transit & walking benefits.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

Daily ridership & crash rate, if any. Overall economic improvement of the county.

Hello Yoandri,

The quality of public transportation services is heavily influenced by user experience, timeliness and cleanliness. These factors all work to create better outcomes. Creating a better ride experience adds to the reasons for people to chose mass transit options.
