The SIMPLENIGHT platform will make recommendations utilizing contextual personalization to enhance a customer's overall experience of Miami based on their unique profile data. The SIMPLENIGHT platform will deliver in-destination experience content for Miami through vehicle infotainment and navigation systems, an OEM's mobile application, as well as the City of Miami's official transportation outlets, websites and mobile applications, and even local hotels.

Travelers to Miami as well as Miami locals will be able create a central profile on the SIMPLENIGHT platform, which will integrated directly within vehicle infotainment and navigations systems as well as mobile applications. SIMPLENIGHT will then enable those customers with a one-stop-shopping, connected car experience to search and book everything there is to do in any city through their vehicle infotainment and navigation systems, their OEM's mobile application, as well as the City of Miami official transportation outlets, websites or mobile applications, and even local hotels. SIMPLENIGHT will provide the customers with recommendations of things to experience in Miami utilizing contextual personalization.

Originally from Miami, Mark Halberstein (Founder) has extensive experience in the domain of in-destination experiences, building a global concierge company specializing in experiential services.

SIMPLENIGHT will on board local experience vendors within Miami to the platform for sale across categories including: Tours, Activities, Attractions, Entertainment, Events, Music, Art, Sports, Dining, Nightlife, Transportation, Hotel, Beach, Recreational, Wellness, Retail, and more). All products and services recommended to customers via the SIMPLENIGHT platform will be available for purchase through the platform and generate revenue which can be shared with the City of Miami. The platform is highly scalable and can easily add vendors within Miami quickly. The platform can also be easily integrated within the City of Miami's official websites and mobile applications, local hotels, as well as transportation outlets including local vehicles, taxis, cabs, on-demand providers, rail, buses, etc.

Customer usage and engagement statistics with the SIMPLENIGHT platform and in-destination content (sign ups, clicks, books, browsing behavior, repetition tracking) Customer Purchase Data (spend, categories, etc.)
