if you build job sites and office complexes closer to residential areas you solve the rush hour jam. growth in west kendall, west broward and homestead can reduce significantly the number of cars going from their homes to work for a long commute. people would start looking for jobs closer to where they live. spending on infrastructure does not solve the vehicular "jams" because people see it at an excuse to put more cars on the street!

Hi Juan, welcome and thanks for posting. It seems a bit of a large scale idea to create so many new work places near all residential areas...I imagine a lot of people will still look for further out jobs depending on their speciality since so many specialties exist! Is there the space for something like that?
