Shotl is a mobility platform that empowers transport operators to supply on-demand bus services by matching multiple passengers headed in the same direction with a moving vehicle. The solution has been conceived to supplant inefficient bus lines or to improve existing shared transport services in business parks and corporations.

Shotl helps cities and corporations make better use of its bus systems by replacing low-ridership routes with on-demand bus in order to lead a progressive transition from a car-based culture towards a driverless integrated mobility.

Shotl platform consist in three powerful applications working seamlessly together:

-User App (Android and iOS)

-Driver App (Android and iOS)

-Management module (web tool)

Powerful backend algorithms are able to match users in shared vehicles as per their origins and destinations.

A genuine solution:

-Offers a first mile and last mile optimised solution

-Dynamic routing and demand responsiveness

-Leveraging Machine Learning techniques

-Mobility for seniors, teenagers and/or disabled people.

We have identified today’s major problems related to urban mobility and of what we want to partner with cities to keep improving through technology: 1. Inefficient bus systems. 2. Mobility on rural areas and suburban zones. 3. Mobility in outer districts of major cities 4. Instant availability for physically challenged citizens Everyone can use this new on-demand flexible transport option.

We already have the product ready. In this case, in order to know how much this will cost to Mexico City, we will need to see the area of operation and the number of vehicles needed. So we can have an approximate budget number.

The current era of information, connectivity, and the digitalisation of society offers the possibility of optimising the use of existing transport infrastructure as a sustainable solution to the problems related to urban mobility of people, and especially those with reduced mobility. At Shotl we approach urban mobility through the potential that data offers to shape our transportation systems. Our team at Shotl focuses on developing data-centred mobility solutions. Building on the concept of Dollar Vans, we began the development of an intelligent technology layer that could dynamically route vehicles, making it easy for people to book trips on their phone in real-time. Drivers pick you up at a predefined stop close to your departure point and take you to a drop off predefined stop close to your destination, all this while sharing the ride with other people. Our innovative solution, Shotl, is a new generation solution for urban mobility. Shotl improves road transport services by off

Successful deployment without errors of the new micro-services architecture: total number of independent up and running micro-services, total number of integration with third party systems, number of configurable system options. Number of monthly calls/emails from customers’ operation departments requiring actions considered “basic”, positive operations staff feedback (overall ≥7/10 on conducted polls). Final drivers’ feedback and stakeholders polls : Passenger, driver and managers. Number of customer: Close contracts with cities after pilots (at least 4 out of 7). Energy efficiency: Thanks to optimal speed, specific net CO2 emissions

In order to fully exploit the scalability potential of our mobility platform, the new ShotlPlatform assures system stability, scalability, reliability, adaption to change and smooth integration of new modules. The architecture is efficient and scalable enough so we can process an increasing amount of data with reasonable infrastructure costs.

Hi Silvia,
This is Alejandro from the City: One team.
I find this very usefull for people going to medical (non emergency) appointments or community centers. Have you had some experience with this kind of customers with recurring trips?
