UFLEET is a full scale routing platform that plans the best routes given a set of points that have to be visited. Using realtime data from multiple sources such as Google Maps, Here and others it accurately predicts travel times in advance and makes sure that drivers will get to passengers on time - not earlier, not later.

Ufleet can transform ADA paratransit service into a highly-dependable and more efficient service by:

1. Dispatchers They'll be able to easily plan all routes in advance with high accuracy and ease. They just click a button to trigger automatic routing. 2. Drivers They have a mobile app with their route, navigation to the client address and a contact to the client. 3. Passengers Get automated notifications - a link send over SMS or Email to their phone. Where they can see the estimated time of arrival of the driver, follow them in realtime and submit feedback.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

UFLEET can be deployed on a large scale - practically routing & planning all ADA paratransit service rides on the territory of Indianapolis for 6 months. Dispatchers just need a Desktop computer with access to internet - they'll be using a web application. Drivers will be equipped with a basic Android mobile phone so they can use the app. Passengers will have to just provide their e-mail address or phone number to get info about pick-up times. Workflow: 1. All passengers with their pick-up and drop-off points are loaded into UFLEET in advance on a daily basis 2. All available drivers have a UFLEET-account 3. When the time comes for planning the trips, dispatcher clicks a button and automatic routing is performed. 4. Drivers receive their routes on their phone through UFLEET's mobile app. 5. Users get notified about estimated pick-up times. -> UFLEET's routes are near-optimal and very efficient -> Progress can be monitored in real-time

Customer satisfaction improvement Will conduct a research on the level of satisfaction among users through UFLEET's built in feedback module part of the client interface.

UFLEET is already a sustainable business with large companies such as METRO Cash&Carry using it to route their fleets optimally. It has sales offices in Germany and Poland.
