Insights from previous testing (500 characters)

The public demand for micro mobility market is really strong. We started a pilot with 4 vehicles in Cambridge and got 700+ users without spending anything in marketing campaign or social media. Our feedback from users were to increase fleet asap. We also got users offer themselves to charge the vehicle for us for free. In exchange we gave them additional free minutes to drive. Although FORD already have a scooter sharing service, we are adding scooters to the fleet as they are complementary.
