Based in drone’s technology and IA, a Vehicle autonomous that let moving in intelligent routes of 3-Dimensions to minimize time in transporting, electric because reduce the emission gases and is eco-friendly, autonomous because any person can use it and it´s not necessary learn to pilot, further that the user can use the time of transport to do other activities, low cost because this option must comply the objective to be an alternative of mobility for any one, a mobile application to trace the route and accessible to people whit different abilities, and it doesn´t interference whit the routes of aviation stablished.

Whit the prototype, the pilot phase we´ll validate the different modules in real scenarios but not manned, till to arrive whit manned probes. The plan to make money invite to investors for the capital for mass produce and the government to define the rules of operation, selling and rent these vehicles, this technology.

Compare travel time vs other options, creation and execution of intelligent route and satisfy the security for the passenger and the area that overflight.

Investor to mass production and selling and rent it these vehicles the goal is make it a common option to travel like auto, subway, or aircraft.

Will a criminal be able to use these? Or will you have a scanner to check those that are trying to board. Like presenting my liscence to a police officer, i wouldn't feel safe without that.

A vehicle user validation mechanism is contemplated through biometric data such as face recognition, fingerprint recognition plus a key (perhaps in the distant future, DNA recognition could be implemented), I strongly believe that it is vital The security of the people is important and that this type of technology needs an operation regulation and those rules are the responsibility of the governments and as currently done what you mention about the license would be fully compatible, even the license can be part of key mentioned above.

Excellent then I would gladly use the system/ride. I just considered one last thing. If we teamed up with my graphic arts and electronics background, this system could be a life changer for say that Man/Female that hasn't seen family or relatives in a long time because of costs. If it was used as a blessing for those good citizens of the USA, their gratitude toward the service would be great. And if you gave an option to support the program for say $1-$20, or other monthly. The efforts would be substantial.
