My daily commute across downtown

My home and work are 5 miles from each other. I drive because public transportation isn't feasible or would take too long.

I live at the SE corner & work 5 miles away at the NW one.  I drive since using the bus would take 40 minutes and 3 transfers.  Driving takes 10-15 minutes.  When I lived in Chicago, I took public transportation daily to work.  The distance was also ~5 minutes and it took about 25 minutes and 1 transfer.  I wish there were options for Indianapolis.

Jennifer Bailey Thanks for sharing; being able to access various modes of transportation, and the network of transit in the city, are some key challenges we are exploring in Indianapolis. Hopefully you can join us throughout the Challenge to see how we can come up with an idea in this space.
