We believe accessible transportation on-demand is a right, not a luxury, and that we all have the right to live a socially inclusive life, without barriers. Through our innovative universally designed technology, we aim to solve the biggest problems related to accessibility for the 1 billion people in the world living with a disability and their extended families and caregivers. Alternative transportation options today offer poor customer experiences, numerous human rights non-compliance issues, are expensive and inconvenient, booked days in advance and can be dangerous due to lack of driver training. MUVE aims to change that by centralizing transportation/accessibility data & implementing innovative driver on-boarding programs allowing for more vehicles with trained drivers on the road than ever, while striving to provide community engagement & employment opportunities and greater communication tools between all stakeholders in order to serve those who need it most.

Time/ capital intensive.

Hi Anthony: Thank you for proposing MUVE to address the transportation needs of those with disabilities. I am one of the facilitators here on the forum. annie young has proposed a similar service with Kaboose: https://challenges.cityoftomorrow.com/goto/challenge/grand-rapids/kboose-a-west-michigan-based-mobility-solution-for-seniors-those-with-disabilities-and-kids. You describe "innovative driver on-boarding programs allowing for more vehicles with trained drivers." Can you say more about the MUVE platform and how it is different from other rideshare services?

Hi Tom Bulten , thank you for this. I'd be happy to give you a demo if you email me ideal times at anthony@gomuve.com

We are first and foremost a universally designed technology company, and we are looking forward to partnering with existing service providers, like annie young and Kboose and the rest of the Grand Rapids community on here! We hope to bridge the gap between government transit, community and corporations to work towards sustainability in the future.
