There is a little known proprietary solution that has the ability to clean windows while also purifying air particles. By bringing this solution to residents and businesses within the City of Grand Rapids we have the ability to create a city that is free from the negative effects of our transportation output. I believe this solves one of our generations greatest opportunities, and allows people to stay healthy while mobile.

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

This product can be used in multiple applications including households, hotels, restaurants, companies, and auto body shops. This product would also be beneficial for cleaning companies to have as an option for clients. I would target cleaning companies first and try to show them the benefits of using this product. From there I would target service industries and work my way backward to the individual households. The product can be used by spraying on an application and cleaning the window as you would normally. The product itself does all of the work, and people are healthier as a result.

Describe your solution's stage of development

  • Ready to Scale - you have completed and expanded your pilot and are seeing adoption of your solution by your intended user

Size of your team or organization

  • I am submitting as an individual

Funding Request

  • $25,000

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

I would use the funds to give out free samples of the product to interested individuals and organizations. From there I would take on full orders of the product and turn the operation into a real business that caters to our society at large.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

The success of this program would be measured by the amount of air particles per million in our city as well as the ability to generate repeat business from this venture.

Hello Ty, I am one of the facilitators for this challenge, thank you for your post. While you do express the impact of air quality on mobility, I do not think your submission ties into the mobility challenges faced in Grand Rapids enough. For more information on what kinds of problems we are trying to address, check out the challenge brief:
