Another thing you could do is take M-6 and park at the Silver Line Park-N-Ride lot at 60th and Division. For $1.75 (or $.85 for seniors), you can ride downtown. The Silver Line goes right near Van Andel. The only hitch is that on Saturdays, the last bus leaves at 9:30, which isn't usually late enough for a show at Van Andel. If we want to use public transportation for an evening show, we have to choose a show that's on a weekday. But if you can make that work, it's really inexpensive, it's pretty fast, and you don't need to drive in nasty downtown traffic. https://www.ridetherapid.org/howtoride/silver-line
