These cars need to maintained professionally. Drivers waste time and effort away from their home and office dealing with car care. We remove the friction and hassle in car care by empowering the dealer to "go to the customer". This saves people immense time and hassle and frustration maintaining their cars.

Hi D M thanks for submitting your proposal! My name is Boratha, part of the facilitation team here at City:One. I do have a few questions. Here are some questions specifically about your program: what if a car owner needs major collision repairs done (aka they need to take it to the brick and mortar)? Or, what if the owner moves further away from their preferred dealer? Wouldn't costs of travel rise? Here are some overall questions that I think can guide you. It seems that your proposal does fit in the "Other" category of the Opportunity Areas set out for MCS. The target audience you will reach out to is only vehicle owners. Is it possible that your program/platform could be expanded beyond dealerships, to, say, rental companies? Or even scooter companies? Just trying to expand your thinking!

Boratha, collision repair is in fact the next functionality to be added as our current customer has requested a full digitalization of the collision repair process (use phone to scan damage, digital send to insurance company, etc). Our target customer base are dealerships so ideally we could implement with a Ford dealer; there are over 17,000 dealerships in the USA. Our current customer ACV is in excess of US$100,000 per annum (B2B enterprise software). Our goal is to help dealerships capture more service and collision damage repair business (currently most customer defect from the dealer when the warranty is over and dealers only get about 1/3 of post warranty repair business). As you know, new car sale profits are collapsing for dealerships and they are increasingly reliant on used car and aftersales for their core profitability. What better what to create loyal customers than to save their time and tie them to your dealership with mobile service !
