Rough Budget (500 characters)

Pilot and scale in production.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

According to the “Canadian Industry Statistics” from the “Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada”, we are targeting a $3+ Billions net revenue industry, and that is only in Canada. We are targeting the New, used and other motor vehicles dealerships, which all sums up to 17,200 dealerships, one third of them (5,800) of them are based on Ontario, that’s about $1 billion net revenue. The US market can be roughly measured as a 10x the size of Canada market. We have seen a high demand in the used cars industry even with the new cars dealerships, which shows a high turn-over of the used cars being sold. We are planning to charge per vehicle sold.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

Success is measured by the number of new subscriptions and the retention rate.

Sustainability Plan (500 characters)

Autoly free mobile app connected to a cloud-based solution with a subscription model for dealerships (Annual subscription or pay as you go). This is a self-funded venture. Main source of revenue will be from subscriptions. Other source of revenue is from data analytics and insight reports and by certifying affiliates in different geographical region to provide services, support and sales. We are confident that we can break even by 2021 and anticipate up to 3x annual growth.
