CARiger is a digital market place that connects mechanics and workshops with the people so that they can avail the car service on the go near their locations.

There are multiple solutions available for the car repairs and but we provide an online platform where the user can add the car and, we take care of everything else.

We have a system that notifies the user when to get the oil change and about their general car maintenance services. The users can also book emergency services using our platform where we have a huge network of location-based workshops.

We scrutinize the workshops and their quality of services before on-boarding them on our platform and therefore we assure quality services at the right price.

How will your solution benefit residents, workers, or visitors in the Michigan Central Station impact area? (1,000 characters)

The platform of CARiger will offer the residents, workers and visitors in Michigan to book or schedule services on the go. The model of CARiger is based on empowering the existing markets and we offer quality services on the best possible rates. This insures trust of users in the local market and allows local workshops to scale and contribute to the gig economy. Promoting gig economy CARigers platform will help impact areas of low mobility as people will be able to own cars comfortably.

We started a pilot in Karachi two years ago after getting incubated at The NestIO which is a google funded incubator. We got good traction out of it and we were able to launch our product successfully. It's a working product now. We have 60 workshops on our platform which usually get 3-4 clients on average per day from our platform. We have a return rate of 84%.

The US market is the hotbed for the mobility industry, and with the support and funding that's being poured into this industry It makes US a great place to expend. We will be spending budgets in these areas. 1- Operation 25% 2- Development 40% 3- Sales and marketing 35%

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

So we will have 3 phases. 1. Tech 2. Network building 3. Sales and Marketing So using the internal resources we will start building the technology and in the mean time start a quick process of on-boarding workshops and freelance mechanics. We will divide this in short goals like achieving a network of 30 workshops in a months time and start getting them orders. Our third phase will be to get orders to our platform for that we will use different marketing tactics conventional and Digital both. Following this will make sure that the demand for our platform and supply from our platform goes hand in hand so that we can satisfy new users and retain the previous ones at maximum rate.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

We measure our success in terms of Number of Workshops on board with us, number of users registered with us and Number of orders being placed through our platforms . Cariger has several revenue stream which is also countable as a success factor.

So after the periods end we will be expending our services in different regions and states of America. Being a technology company we have the advantage of rapid growth as the services are easily available on a mobile app. We will be applying to Y combinator and other VCs in Silicon valley to raise a round which will help us to grown our platform further. Our vision is to expand our service all across USA and the worldwide.
