Our team believes that three things are required to organize the whereabouts of Indios Verdes in México City

1) place physical barriers that guide vehicular flow

2) organize bus routes according to their logical flow

3) train drivers for the benefits of respecting vehicle flow and stops

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

This strategy will modify the way drivers use the space and also the way users behave in the place. First, semi-fixed barriers will be placed and if it works, fixed barriers will be placed. then the buses will be organized for better flow And finally the driver training will help them respect the rules of use of space and roads The strategy will help reduce transfer and waiting times between home and destination and return.

  • Initial Design - you are still exploring the idea and have not tested it with users

1) organize the 56 routes 2) place semi-fixed barriers and direct the vehicular flow 3) train 100 drivers

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

1) time to enter the bus stop 2) number of events in which the vehicle flow is violated

With the support of volunteer psychologists, training in drivers can be continued and perhaps with the help of transport companies. The barriers could become permanent and the location of the routes also
