People with disabilities have a number of barriers to using public transport - finding the right station, getting accurate real-time information, know when the bus coming, making sure the driver knows how to stop for a disabled passenger and when the passenger inside the bus activates the next stop announcement and notifies the driver that the passenger wants to drop off. The system allows many populations to use public transport in a dignified and safe way, without having to worry about waiting at the wrong station, letting the bus you wait for it to pass you and more.
