When you need to move only a few blocks, only a few miles you don't need a lot of horse power. You don't need a big engine. You need a vehicle that can make the distance for a few cents.

This is a vehicle design to make short trips, all day. 2 to 3 passengers, with small carry on bags, plus the driver. An excellent oportunity to make money with a real low operationanl cost. 

And now, using an App, you can call for your service directly from point A to point B without delays.

Any community, any neighborhood, has to move to other locations in order to get to job. Normally, even though they live in the same community, they have different schedules. They may have to take a trip by bus, by train, by pull car, but always in different needs and schedules. Using an app (to have a better use of the vehicle), the user can calendar his trips for a certain time and the driver can maximize the use of the vehicle. The vehicle is an excellent option on rainy days, sun days, and as a tourist vehicle by itself. Excellent job opportunity for guys that have to start making money in a formal job.

Different types of units can be used, either gasoline or diesel engines. From 200 cc to 435 cc engines, this is a very good option for this type of rides.

This amount of money is needed for to: * pay the units (depending on the size of the testing) * training the drivers (what to do, or not to do) * Devolopment or rent the APP service * Install a service shop for the maintenance of the units.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

First thing to do is design and find the correct testing location. Determine the shortest and the longest distance for the potential users to arrive to an specific point. What are they doing now at what cost?. Identify potential new drivers/owners of the units that will make the service. How many trips per day they will have. We can have the economical project vs. the mobility opportunity that is not been delivered. Point of contact customer / driver through a App is very important. Local suppliers or nation wide data base can be used. Having drivers, vehicles, and app ready, the pilot phase will show the benefits of this small size, low emissions vehicles. This vehicle has been proof all around the world. But each community has their own rules. We need to developed the vehicle benefits to the community.

Customer satisfaction is the key element in this type of pilot programs. This index can be measure in different ways. * Timing. Does the customers are satisfied with the calendar/program service development?, is the servive fast enough to arrive from point A to B? * Cost. Does the customers is satisfied for the service according to the amount of money he is paying? * Quality. Does the unit provides a good ride from point A to B?, is it a soft ride?, etc

Sustainability Plan (500 characters)

Sustainability of a business depends on local economics. How much is paid for a ride, how many rides are done per day, vs. the cost of the fuel, and the salary of the driver is what will make this project to reflect a profit. THis is part of the planning in order to guarantee the long term scope of the project. Different types of economics (depending the locations) will determine the time needed to recover the investment.
