We can better connect people to healthy food & pharmacy delivery through an efficient robot delivery network that will get their goods on their doorstep within 45 minutes or to their hands in case of a special need. The logistic system will enable $1 delivery fees.

60,000 orders @ UC Berkeley & ongoing deployments in Sacramento, San Jose & Denver have shown the importance of co-developing the regulatory frameworks along with local authorities. Being capable to address local concerns and act upon them secures Product-Market Fit as the main adoption barriers are eliminated.

Rough budget (500 characters)

To deploy & maintain the logistic system, first-floor space is needed. These cost around 5k per month + 5k for human labor. The total shipping of the robots + tools and overall 1-time setup costs are 20k. 100k involves setup + operation for 8 months on a 500 order per day basis on a 0.5-mile radius - Kiwi is willing and able to match and increase the funding provided.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

- Active Users, who order 3/7 times a week at least - Organic growth of 100's of signups/day - 70% users are active 3 days after signup, >30% is acceptable - There is a clear path to 100k users - DAU/MAU > 50%, > 25% is acceptable - If you used a Plan B User Acquisition Loop, to have 5% conversion from free-to-paid - LTV > 3x CPA - There is a clear path to 100k MRR

Kiwibot is committed to the UN's 2030 agenda. Kiwibot supports research to prove the multimodal systems' efficiency by reducing congestion on the streets and pollution in the air. A research paper is being developed at UC Davis. Kiwibot supports SDG's: 2, 9 and 11.
