We are a mobility startup with our own mobility SaaS product which includes an App for Smartphones & Desktop Fleet-Manager to help companies and individuals moving in a sustainable way around Austin.
Movildrive is a new sharing concept between SMEs to fit the market of the electric transportation and optimize e-Mobility products for urban logistics, last-mile deliveries, professional services and citizens micromobility.
Movildrive <> Austin's Sharing App
1. We will launch a Community Program called "Austin Car-Pooling" to manage a fleet of cars from volunteers who want to share their daily rides with other neighbours
For this program we will use neighbour's cars who joined the program and we will reward every "Movildrive-Pooling" Trip with members that cannot afford a $3 transit feeby by discounts in malls or directly in their electricity/gas bills
To launch this we will make some marketing strategy behind and business development with certain local businesses to send these attractive offers to that members who want to join us
2. We will launch an Urban Program called "Austin-Works", specially designed for freelancers, masons and professionals of any kind, who will share their current pickup trucks and SUVs with us, to let other use them while the vehicle is stopped in the garage.
For this program we will use neighbour's SUVs or install MovilCloud sharing software in a fleet of hybrid vehicles like Ford Transit, or Rivian's R1T pickup and R1S SUV.
To launch this, we will have to close some deals with Car-Makers to make a fleet of these vehicles available for anyone to joined the Urban Program.

With our Software we can optimize 24/7 the operations on any company, focusing in local SMEs and businesses who want to join the program.
This companies will contribute to decrease the CO2 emissions launched by their activities and transportation rides, and Austin Council can have this into account, making the taxes for these companies even lower by the end of the year.
This Use-Case will be used for last-mile delivery, food-delivery and logistic companies who will use the vans for their customer
