We are a mobility startup with our own mobility SaaS product which includes an App for Smartphones & Desktop Fleet-Manager to help companies and individuals moving in a sustainable way around Austin. 

Movildrive is a new sharing concept between SMEs to fit the market of the electric transportation and optimize e-Mobility products for urban logistics, last-mile deliveries, professional services and citizens micromobility.


Movildrive <> Austin's Sharing App

1. We will launch a Community Program called "Austin Car-Pooling" to manage a fleet of cars from volunteers who want to share their daily rides with other neighbours

For this program we will use neighbour's cars who joined the program and we will reward every "Movildrive-Pooling" Trip with members that cannot afford a $3 transit feeby by discounts in malls or directly in their electricity/gas bills

To launch this we will make some marketing strategy behind and business development with certain local businesses to send these attractive offers to that members who want to join us 

2. We will launch an Urban Program called "Austin-Works", specially designed for freelancers, masons and professionals of any kind, who will share their current pickup trucks and SUVs with us, to let other use them while the vehicle is stopped in the garage.

For this program we will use neighbour's SUVs or install MovilCloud sharing software in a fleet of hybrid vehicles like Ford Transit, or Rivian's R1T pickup and R1S SUV.
To launch this, we will have to close some deals with Car-Makers to make a fleet of these vehicles available for anyone to joined the Urban Program.

We will install MovilCloud sharing system in a fleet of Rivian Delivery Vans

With our Software we can optimize 24/7 the operations on any company, focusing in local SMEs and businesses who want to join the program.
This companies will contribute to decrease the CO2 emissions launched by their activities and transportation rides, and Austin Council can have this into account, making the taxes for these companies even lower by the end of the year.

This Use-Case will be used for last-mile delivery, food-delivery and logistic companies who will use the vans for their customer

Customer Type-1: Freelancers, SMEs and professionals of all kind who has to use tools and heavy stuff for their services (masons, plumbers, maintenance-guys, etc). Customer Type-2: SMEs who has to deliver in Austin: this kind of companies are owners of a Gas/Diesel Vans and don't have the resources to change to an electric Van - we can help them to start being sustainable by applying to our program "Austin-Works" to promote the circular economy. Customer Type-3: Other SME who have a small cargo fleet and need to improve their logistics: their main need is to professionalize & digitalize their routes by getting quantitative information about times, driver journeys & stops, temperature cargo's, etc. We can track all this info with our App Customer Type-4: Delivery companies (like UberEats) who have scooters and their main need is a Van when they have to distribute to customer and catering to companies. Customer Type-5: Large Corporations who want to decrease the CO2 fingerprint

We have noticed the traditional Rent-a-Cars (Hertz, Europcar, Avis) and other with B2B vehicles (Telefurgo, FurgoLine, OneFurgo, etc) are not yet digitalized and they don’t offer electrical Vans in their catalog. PSA Group copied our business idea with Emov, launching a fleet of Vans in Spain, but for certain jobs, electrical Vans are not optimized due the autonomy (100km-120miles max) so hybrid vehicles are still a good product for these SMEs We validated IKEA pick-ups App for individuals

We already have the Car-Sharing Software so we just have to adjust it to this challenge and install it in a fleet of SUVs, Pick-ups from the first neighbours who will join "Austin Car-Pooling" Community Program To launch it, we will to set-up a strategy to motivate people to share their vehicle with others, and Movildrive would promote this way Austin's circular economy and this Pilot will be a Success! For "Austin-Works" Urban Program, we install MovilCloud devices in the vehicles after closing a deal for the first deals, and these vehicles could be a fleet of Ford hybrid vehicles, or Rivian's R1T pickup and R1S SUV. To launch this, we will to set-up a place for the pool so any professional can use some Movildrive vehicles to go to work or leave it back when they finished. This pools can be located in strategicall locations inside the town-center or suburban areas For piloting Rivian <> Movildrive innovation program we will talk to ADAS and Tech companies to support us

VALIDATION BY NUMBER OF USERS AND RECURRENCE: If we get the users of the Austins Suburban hoods to use on a recurring basis, we can validate the interest of our proposal among the public, and we will demonstrate scalability with the support of local institutions to continue in the future INCREASE OF THE DEMAND: If these programs prove that they also have a greater demand, they will see our proposal as something positive because they can reach more users, and we will demonstrate the load capacity of our applications to cover these transport services AVERAGE ENTRY PER USER (ARPU): If the average income per users and journeys can be made or specific promotions are made to make the offer more competitive, we will be able to encourage the use of the application and also attract more users CUSTOMER ACQUISITION COST: It will help us analyze how much it costs us to attract a new client to use the platform AUSTIN SOCIAL MEDIA: To be on the track of the neighbourhood's user experienc
