We have designed electric vehicles suitable for the last mile transportation customized based on the region of operation.

Our Idea is to replace Gas Guzzling Vehicles from short distance commute with shared eco-friendly and affordable electric vehicles.

The vehicles that we have developed are suited for Indian Roads, however, we have the technical know-how and the production capacity to design products better suited for the Roads and Community of Austin, Texas.

We plan on having telematics and app-based availability of rides for user convenience and transport efficiency.

A region-based and user preference based final product and transport system will be developed considering all factors including congestion and other vehicles' convenience.

Describe who will use your solution (1,000 characters)

The solution is for everyone who is environmentally and economically conscious. The Shared Electric Vehicle will run over a determined path between the residential area and the Hub and other highly frequented points. The shared mobility will bring people together and foster new bonds between the communities. The cost per kilometre is unimaginably low and will provide another occupation for many.

Insights from previous testing (500 characters)

We have developed 3 Seat/ 5 Seat Electric Vehicles costing as low as USD 2500. In the Pilot run on Indian Roads the vehicle is a super success and the demand is unstoppable. The drivers have appreciated the products in terms of low cost of operation and the low cost of ownership while the passengers have loved the affordability, ease of access, and comfort. The only drawback is a slow speed causing traffic congestion, however the design can be modified to increase the speed and safety together

Rough budget (500 characters)

Our rough budget is approx $250,000. We want to localize the battery assembly for the EV vehicles in Austin and want to develop the organizational structure in the region. Doing so will help us in making the vehicles even more affordable in the long run.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

During the Pilot phase, we would select one route and introduce our different types of vehicles for shared mobility and select the best performing vehicle also at the same time develop a vehicle based on the feedback and results from the pilot in real-time.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

The success of the project will be gauged based on the rate of acceptance by the passengers and the drivers. The growth rate will be the primary indicator rather than hard numbers considering the idea is new.

Sustainability Plan (500 characters)

Our Idea can be sustained after the pilot considering we will have developed a suitable product and our vehicles would already be on roads which will require just the scaling up of operations.
