Blue Signal is an analysis and modeling software technology that receives data from various sources such as real-time traffic information, weather conditions, road infrastructure, actual vehicles on the road, and then leverages a proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning engine to predict future traffic conditions.

Describe how you would pilot your idea (1000 characters)

Fly engineers to the US to implement it with the city of Austin infrastructure system. BlueSignal's "Predictive Driving" technology analyzes the data collected from various sources such as real-time traffic, vehicles, and road infrastructure, and it predicts the future traffic conditions based on its unique machine learning and artificial intelligence engine. The engine based on the big data analysis with traffic engineering elements can generate appropriate solutions for reducing traffic congestion and accidents, and it has a high prediction accuracy of 94%.

Describe how you would measure the success of your pilot (1000 characters)

Blue Signal has an AI-based signal interval control solution based on future traffic predictions. The solution is already working in China and Korean cities with evidence of the effects the technology have had in these cities. This is a part of the smart city traffic solution that can analyze the historical traffic data already collected and increase traffic speed while reducing traffic congestion by control of signal direction intervals. It is a technology that adjusts the signal interval for each direction by predicting the future traffic volume enabling effective traffic flow.

If the test area becomes more effective, the traffic data analysis can be extended to larger areas and the overall traffic signal interval adjusted. This would be the proposed method of a future development plan for the technology in Austin.
