I prefer night bike rides to help me focus my anxiety the hours before I fall asleep. Bike lanes and saftey education are critical. Trainings discussing the laws that bike riders need to follow as well as to teach about how to communicate with drivers and using bike gears on city streets would be helpful. Informing drivers of their responsibilities regaurding bike lanes and right of way, ect... I believe there could be a great deal of harmony for city life if worked towards. Thank you!

The simple truth is when I ride my bike I am being productive with my energy...it leads to a healthier sleep, a more relaxed and free brain, and a contribution to my physical health/body weight. Riding my bike is also a healthy contribution to my environment; supports natural resources, supports trade skills, and allows the wind in my hair as LOVE would have it!
