Government and Business Mobility Managers.
Each entity will develop this position to creatively organize their unique schedules, travel dynamics, and team with City facilitators.
Utilizing travel modes currently in place each manager would work within their respective organizations to advance ideas into solutions that will benefit them as well as the City of Austin. I envision each manager and their teams as experts at what works best for them now, and in the future. As expert representatives of their groups, they then meet and organize with other entities, brainstorming future plans for improved mobility.
The City could then reciprocate by having its own representative team meet and make future plans for improvements together with these mobility manager teams. This has a number of incentives both financial and holistic for everyone involved. More ideas on incentives will be presented as this idea becomes a working model.
